You can’t lose weight unless you burn more calories than you take in. It just won’t happen any other way. You have to be determined and disciplined enough to monitor calorie intake and to exercise regularly.
Don’t skip regular meals. It might temporarily help you to lose weight it will not assure permanent weight loss because you will probably eat more the next meal. Instead regulate your food intake. Eating smaller portions will help you regulate calorie and fat intake.
Make sure you know your body’s required calories and cut down on them properly. Cutting to many calories will slow down your metabolism making it more difficult for your body to consume the necessary nutrients making it more difficult to achieve your goal.
